Submissions to  present academic papers by college students, graduate students, faculty, and community members for the Harry Potter Conference 2018 are currently being accepted. The deadline for submission is September 21. A title and abstract are required for submission; traditional presentations are limited to 20 minutes in the form of a paper or powerpoint presentation. If you would like to propose a  panel discussion or a unique presentation, please describe your presentation (including time and audiovisual requirements) in lieu of a traditional abstract. 


High school students are encouraged to submit papers for the special High School section to be held on Saturday October 21. The deadline for submission is October 10. (Papers from High School students will be considered for an essay contest with the following prizes: partial scholarship to Chestnut Hill College plus cash prizes.)

Submissions will be handled using the Easy Chair submission platform. Review the instructions in the "EasyChair Submission Guidelines" file below. **High school students are asked to submit their complete papers to be considered for the essay contest - no abstract is needed.
