Submissions to  present academic papers by college students, graduate students, faculty, and community members for the Harry Potter Conference 2017 are no longer being accepted.  


High school papers will be accepted until October 16th (extended deadline). High School presenters do not need to register for the High School section of the conference but will need to register to attend the academic conference on Friday October 20th if you wish to attend on this date.


High school students are encouraged to submit papers for the special High School section to be held on Thursday October 19th. (Papers from High School students will be considered for an essay contest with the following prizes: $15,000 scholarship to Chestnut Hill College plus $200 cash prizes.)

Submissions will be handled using the Easy Chair submission platform. Review the instructions in the "EasyChair Submission Guidelines" file below. **High school students are asked to submit their complete papers to be considered for the essay contest - no abstract is needed.
