Interested in presenting at The Harry Potter Conference on October 17th, 2014? To be considered for presenting at the conference, please submit the following information in the text of your email, or as an attached Word or Adobe pdf document. We welcome submissions from any interested community members, students, and faculty.
1. Your full name
2. The names of your co-authors, if any
3. If you are a student or faculty member, please list your academic affiliation
4. Your presentation title
5. Your presentation abstract (200 word limit)
6. Your preferred presentation format
a. Powerpoint or online presentation
b. Reading a paper
7. Your presentation length
a. Students and Community Members: 10 minutes
b. Faculty Members: choose 10 minutes or 20 minutes
Submissions will be reviewed by the conference organizers and you will be contacted once your abstract is accepted.
Abstracts will be reviewed in three rounds.
Round 1 Submission Deadline:
Monday March 31st, 2014
Round 2 Submission Deadline:
Monday June 30th, 2014
Round 3 FINAL Submission Deadline:
Monday September 22nd, 2014
We encourage submission as early as possible; abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis.
